Three square meters
is all you need!
Living a quality life is the ultimate goal of all of us. Both, those who make millions and those who live on lonely islands and collect coconuts, want the same – to live a quality life. With the development of technology, we are becoming more and more sedentary. Think about how many hours a day you sit?
Several well designed studies have shown that physical activity improves the quality of life.
Our mission is to motivate people to be physically active on a regular basis.
This is not only important for our muscular function, but also for our mental health.
Why have we focused
on trunk?
To motivate you to exercise regularly, we have developed a science - based workout program. It is called Keep on Moving and its main goal is to improve trunk or core stability. The foundation of our body is our skeleton, where our spine plays a key role. The spine is the main supporting structure, so it must be in good shape to effectively absorb shocks and support muscles that move arms and legs.
Our spine is like the house foundations.
Spine stability also plays an important preventive role and decreases a risk of some spinal injuries.
The most familiar is low back pain, which most people from the developed world experience at least once in a lifetime.
So, regular physical activity with smart chosen exercises is a powerful tool to manage several muscular and cardiovascular issues.

Theory →
In the first part you will learn about the theoretical background of functional anatomy and biomechanics. Imagine your body as an engine. If you want to keep the engine in good shape, you need to know how it works, right? Instead of reading books, we have prepared almost 40 minutes of attractive animations for easier understanding.
You will discover trunk bones, muscles, range of motion, harmful loading and much more. You will be surprised how much our spine is loaded during daily life activities.
What do you do if you want to defend yourself from being punched in the stomach? You tighten your abdominal muscles, right.
You will learn our protective mechanism that increases spine stability and protects our vital organs such as the spinal cord.
Keep On Moving
Exercises →
In the second part there are four levels whose purpose is to learn the exercises.
The first level contains the easiest exercises, while the fourth level contains the most demanding exercises.
In addition to the animations, the accompanying text will ensure a better understanding of correct movements.
The aim of this part is to learn how to activate the target muscles. Since spine stability is also affected by hip joint, we need to activate most of our leg muscles too.
The workout program is complex and involves the whole body.

Training plans →
The third part contains eight levels of cycle or circuit training.
The first two levels are the easiest and intended for beginners with little or no experience in exercising.
Practice at this stage will be sufficient to efficiently perform most daily activities, such as lifting and carrying light loads, climbing stairs and brisk walking.
In the third, fourth and fifth levels, the exercises are more demanding and intended for more experienced individuals.
At this level, due to shorter breaks, the aerobic system is also challenged.
In addition to the efficient performance of all daily activities, training at this level provides excellent preparation for performing all recreational sports activities, such as tennis, soccer, skiing or running.
The sixth, seventh and eighth levels are the most challenging.
They are intended for high level recreational and some professional athletes.
Between the exercises there are rests, when the pirate ship sails to the next island. A new exercise awaits you there.
After one circuit is completed, the rest is longer. During these rest periods, pirates sail across different seas.
The last and most challenging level represents sailing around the world.
For a more effective performance, a webcam is provided.
You can check your performance by looking yourself in the mirror. The screen splits in half and you can see yourself on the right side, so make sure your computer's webcam is on.
